You have 60 days from the purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or any defective merchandise purchased on nicolearshop.com for return. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact nicolearshop Customer Service email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, personal & health care, beauty and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).
Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts can't be returned.
And please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
How To Return
Steps are easy to follow:
Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your PayPal account or credit cards account. if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).
Note：The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over USD$20 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
